It provides an interactive website experience with information about drone services and training programs, enquiry handling, and an AI-powered support chatbot. The platform helps visitors quickly find information, ask questions about services and courses, and submit enquiries through a structured interface.

My Role

Designed and developed the DroneTV AI Support & Lead Assistant as a full-stack application. Built the responsive frontend, service and training sections, enquiry form, and rule-based AI chatbot with predefined responses, fallback handling, and conversation reset functionality. Integrated PostgreSQL for data management and created a user-friendly workflow for customer support and lead enquiries.
