Project Overview
Arodya (arodya.com) connects patients from Africa and other regions with top hospitals and specialists in India, with hospital-verified cost estimates and a named coordinator from case review through post-treatment follow-up. Key features: directories of doctors, treatments, cities and hospitals; a three-step Get Your Free Quote form with WhatsApp follow-up and country code detection; hospital comparison pages (the Apollo vs Fortis vs Max vs Medanta page carries a 30-question FAQ set and the site ranks #1 on Google for "Apollo vs Medanta"); country-specific landing pages for 20+ patient source countries generated with programmatic SEO from real patient flow data; blog, services and how-it-works content; site search; and an inbound enquiry pipeline that also receives partnership approaches from Indian hospital groups. Sign-in and account handling run through TinTorch Account (OIDC). Self-hosted on AWS Mumbai with PostgreSQL, behind Cloudflare.

My Role
Founder and sole developer. I designed the programmatic SEO architecture (country pages from real patient flow data, fewer deeper pages rather than city x service multiplication), built the site, the quote form and the enquiry pipeline, and run the hosting. Results: #1 Google ranking for "Apollo vs Medanta", 141+ patients helped with a sub-24-hour response time, and inbound partnership approaches from Indian hospital groups. Also migrated the database off a mis-regioned Neon endpoint to self-hosted PostgreSQL in Mumbai, removing the egress and autoscale cost issues.
