Backend-first full stack developer

I'm a backend-first full stack developer. I build REST APIs, login and permission systems, and database-backed web apps with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React. What I've delivered: - A clinic scheduling backend where doctors, receptionists, and patients each have their own access. It checks doctor availability, leave, and existing appointments before confirming a booking, to prevent double-booking. Deployed on Google Cloud Run. - Login with JWT and role-based access, plus phone OTP login for clinic staff. - A migration of cart APIs between two services, including updating the layer that called them and the database schema changes. - A full stack job tracker (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL), live and deployed, with a dashboard, search, and encrypted storage for users' API keys. Good fit for: building or fixing REST APIs, adding login and roles to an existing app, designing and migrating a PostgreSQL schema, connecting third-party APIs, and deploying a Node.js backend with Docker or Google Cloud. How I work: I ask questions early when something is unclear, I tell you what is done and what is blocked, and I explain my choices in plain language. I'm early in my career, with about 5 months of internship experience plus personal projects, so I do my best work on clearly scoped projects where we agree up front on what "done" means.
