Developed a centralized Car Dealership Management System designed to streamline vehicle inventory, customer management, sales operations, and dealership workflows. The platform provides dealers and sales teams with a centralized dashboard to manage vehicle listings, track inventory, handle customer inquiries, monitor sales opportunities, and manage the complete vehicle sales process. Key functionality includes vehicle inventory management, vehicle listings and specifications, customer and lead management, sales pipeline tracking, appointment management, trade-in records, pricing management, user and staff management, role-based access control, advanced search and filtering, sales reports, and dealership analytics. The system features a responsive interface that allows dealership teams to manage daily operations across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The solution helps dealerships centralize business data, improve lead follow-up, simplify inventory management, streamline sales workflows, and make faster data-driven decisions.

Next.js + React web application and Flutter mobile apps, backed by Node.js REST services and PostgreSQL. Authentication and role-based access are handled at the API layer, vehicle media is stored in Amazon S3, and the application stack is deployed on AWS.
