Project Overview

Developed a real estate sales platform connecting buyers with agents and available properties. The platform allows users to search and explore property listings, view detailed property information, save favorites, contact agents, and manage property inquiries. Key functionality includes property listings, advanced search and filters, map-based property discovery, property galleries, favorites, agent profiles, buyer inquiries, notifications, and account management. The solution includes mobile applications and backend management tools for managing properties, agents, customers, and inquiries.

Flutter mobile application connected to a Node.js + Express REST API with PostgreSQL as the primary database. Google Maps Platform powers map search and location features, Firebase Cloud Messaging handles notifications, property media is stored in Amazon S3, and backend services run on AWS.
