I build AI-powered products and I teach people to use AI well — two skills that rarely sit in the same person. Coding since 1999, I've spent the last 8+ years shipping enterprise web applications and the last 4 building and training on generative AI. WHAT I DELIVER - AI products & agents: LLM apps, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows (LangChain, CrewAI), Python/Django and Node backends. My signature 3-session program takes teams from AI-anxious to AI-fluent: prompt engineering, reliable daily workflows, and using AI as a thinking partner rather than a shortcut. - Curriculum & L&D design: Director of Learning & Development at Axelerant and former Director of Curriculum & Pedagogy at Masai School. I design mastery-based assessments and training systems — including one that solved a decade-old hiring problem at Axelerant by producing top-rated frontend developers in-house. - AI strategy for organisations: Principal AI Consultant to international schools (UWC Dilijan, Progression School) on adoption roadmaps, governance, assessment redesign and academic integrity.
